Jofra Archer has been named in England's Test squad for the second match of the ongoing five-game series against India.
Archer, 30, is set to make his first Test appearance since February 2021. He could add to his 13 Test caps when the second Test begins at Edgbaston in Birmingham on July 2.
The right-arm pacer recently played red-ball cricket for Sussex against Durham in the County Championship. His last Test match was also against India in 2021. Since then, he has been sidelined by several injuries, including a back stress fracture. He made his return to white-ball cricket in May of last year.
The rest of the England squad remains unchanged from the first Test in Leeds, where the hosts secured a five-wicket victory.
The remaining three Tests of the Anderson-Tendulkar Trophy 2025 will be held at Lord's (July 10-14), Old Trafford in Manchester (July 23-27), and The Oval (July 31-August 4).

Ben Stokes (C), Jofra Archer, Shoaib Bashir, Jacob Bethell, Harry Brook, Brydon Carse, Sam Cook, Zak Crawley, Ben Duckett, Jamie Overton, Ollie Pope, Joe Root, Jamie Smith, Josh Tongue, Chris Woakes.
